When We Are Closedtelephone_brown

For problems which cannot wait until the next  surgery then please telephone the surgery number.  Your call will be answered by Salford Unscheduled Care Service.

Depending on the illness a doctor/nurse will call you back and offer you advice over the telephone or ask you to attend the out-of-hours service based at Hope Hospital.

NHS Direct

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call NHS 111 to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

On the last Wednesday of every month both practices will closed for staff training.

From 12:00 the phones will be switched over to an emergency line for patients who have an emergency need where they will be triage by the on-call doctor.
