ORDERING REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS OF REGULAR MEDICATION

These can be requested between 10.00am and 4.00pm by calling in at reception with your repeat medication slip  (located at the right side of your prescription) or by posting your slip to us. We do not accept repeat prescriptions over the phone. If you wish the prescription to be returned to you by post please  enclose a stamped addressed envelope.

You will be asked to attend a medication review by a doctor from time to time.

Lots of chemists now offer a collection service. After requesting your repeat prescription from the surgery it is up to the patient to arrange collection of your prescription from the surgery by the chemist. please contact your chemist for further information.
